Proline was founded twenty years ago, when childhood friends Jeff Irwin and Paul Sowa perceived a noticeable lack of quality and choices in decorative concrete tools. They combined their expertise––Irwin was working in the plastics industry at the time and Sowa worked for a concrete contractor––to develop a complete line of quality tools under their new company Proline, and in the process revolutionized the industry.
