The AutoPilot 952-SVC is the 12 ft salt cell cord with a 3-pin connector for the Pool Pilot Digital and Digital Nano power supplies. It is the genuine AquaCal AutoPilot service part.
Fit
It fits the Pool Pilot Digital 75003, the Digital Nano 75040 and 75041, and the Digital Nano+ 75042 and 75043. It does not fit the older Pool Pilot Digital DIG-220 or the Soft Touch ST-220; those controllers take the 952-ST/DIG cord.
Two prong cells
A cell with only two prongs still works on this cord. It uses two of the three pins, and either end port on the connector can be plugged off with silicone to keep water out.
Why it gets replaced
The cell cord lives in a wet, salty spot and the connector pins corrode over time. A cord with green pins, cracked insulation or a loose fit at the cell is a common reason a system throws a cell error or stops making chlorine, and it is a cheap fix compared to a cell.
