Product details

Deck-O-Seal One-Step is a single component polysulfide sealing compound for the joints in and around a pool deck. This is the gray version in an 11 oz. cartridge, sized for touching up a few joints or sealing a short run rather than a whole deck.

Why One-Step

The compound is elastomeric, so it stretches and recovers as the deck moves with temperature changes instead of cracking or pulling away from the concrete. It is also non-sag, which means it holds its shape in vertical and sloped joints while it cures rather than running out the bottom. There is nothing to mix: it comes ready to use in the cartridge.

Before you order

Match the color to your deck. Deck-O-Seal makes this compound in gray, tan and Dura White, and in larger gun grade kits and pour grade versions for flat work. Like all chemical products, sealant cannot be returned once it ships.

Do I have to mix anything before using it?
No. One-Step is a single component compound, so it goes straight from the cartridge into the joint with no catalyst to mix in.
Will it slump out of a joint on a slope?
It is a non-sag formula, so it stays where you gun it, which is the reason to choose it over a pour grade for anything but flat, level joints.
What kind of joints is it meant for?
Joints that open and close as the deck heats and cools. The elastomeric polysulfide stays flexible rather than cracking as the concrete moves.
Can I return it if I do not use it?
No. Sealants and other chemical products are non-returnable and non-refundable once they leave the warehouse.
