Product details

The Solaxx CLGD40-010 is the D5 replacement salt cell in the 40K size, the factory service cell for Solaxx salt chlorine generators. It replaces the original D5 cell on the system with the same part.

A salt cell is a wear item. When chlorine output drops with the salt level, water balance and run time all in range and the plates clean, or the controller shows a cell fault that will not clear, the cell has reached the end of its life and this is the part to order.

Solaxx sells the D5 cell in more than one size, and the 40K is the larger one. Check the part number printed on your existing cell and confirm it reads CLGD40-010 before ordering.
