Product details

Deck-O-Seal 125 is a two part, pour grade joint sealant supplied here as a 96 oz white kit, part number 4703031. It is a self leveling, polysulfide based compound for the expansion joint between a pool deck and the coping or shell.

How it behaves

The sealant is poured rather than gunned, and it levels itself in the joint. It cures to a firm, flexible, tear resistant rubber that is highly resilient and recovers well even after extended periods of compression or elongation, which is exactly the cycle a deck joint sees through a year of heat and cold. It resists most chemicals, all weather conditions, aging and shrinkage.

Firmer than the standard product

Deck-O-Seal 125 is 25 percent firmer than regular Deck-O-Seal. That extra firmness is the reason to pick 125 over the standard version.

Mixing

The kit is premeasured for job site use: a 2.84 L base container plus a separate container of setting agent. The base container is deliberately oversized so the setting agent can be added and mixed in place.
