ecoOne Spa Monthly is a natural spa water treatment in an 8 oz bottle, part number ECO-8020. One dose keeps a 500 gallon hot tub clear for a full month.
How it works
It is a blend of organic compounds, including coconut extract, that attract the contaminants a sanitizer would otherwise be busy killing: body oils, lotions and dirt. As the product breaks down it is released and gradually coats the filter cartridge, which improves the spa filtration and makes the cartridge much easier to clean than one that has taken those oils directly. The coconut has a second benefit, softening the skin and conditioning the water.
What is not in it
No chlorine, no phosphate, no perfumes, fragrances or dyes. It is biodegradable, does not foam, helps stabilize pH and alkalinity, and reduces or eliminates skin and eye irritation, which makes it a sensible choice for anyone with sensitive skin. It has never been tested on animals and is made in the USA.
Using it
Pour it directly into the spa water. It works with most sanitizers, including mineral cartridges, dichlor and bromine, so it fits into whatever routine you already run.
