The Rola-Chem 550183 is the replacement flow switch for Rola-Chem's globe style flow cell. It is the genuine Rola-Chem part.

What it does

The flow switch proves that water is moving through the flow cell. The controller will only feed chemical while that signal is present, which keeps it from dosing a dead line when the pump is off. A switch that sticks open shuts feeding down; one that fails closed lets the controller feed with no flow.
