Rola-Chem 520110 is the small #6 plastic hose clamp used on Pro Series RC300 peristaltic pumps. It is the factory clamp for the feed tubing on those pumps rather than a general purpose worm drive band.
Why plastic
The lines on a chemical feed pump carry sanitizer or acid. A plastic clamp has nothing on it to corrode where a metal band would, and it is what Rola-Chem specifies on this pump.
Small versus large
This is the small size, the #6. Rola-Chem also lists a larger #8 flexible clamp under a different part number, so check the tubing you are clamping before ordering. A clamp is a small part with a large consequence: once one goes brittle and loses tension the tubing can walk off the barb, and the pump keeps dosing onto the pad instead of into the water.
